Cottage on organic working farm KC

The cottages are old style with a modern twist, (think ceiling beams and WiFi). Located on an organic farm, which you can visit, there is lots of space. It's 2km to beach & it’s a 5 minute walk both to the pub that does great food & the local shop The space This is a peaceful, rural, location, near the beach yet just on the edge of the village. There are 3 detached cottages on one spacious site - on our organic working farm. Solid Oregan pine floors and pitch pine beams frame the spacious kitchen / living / dining area. A utility room, double bedroom & large bathroom with both bath and wet room style shower complete the downstairs accommodation. Two twin rooms and a shower room are located upstairs with quilts and cushions handmade by Helen, the owner. The kitchen is fully kitted out and there is a chest freezer separate from the fridge. WiFi, full laundry facilities and lots of space make this a pleasant home from home. We are child friendly, providing cots, high chairs or stair gates as needed, there are games and books indoors with lots of space and some toys outdoors. A goal, a boat and a chicken coup are some of the unusual additions to the lawn. Guest access You have your own back garden, and there is a large garden in the front, which is shared with the other 2 cottages on the site. Patio furniture, a goal & boat on the lawn and a chicken run make for a varied and relaxed space outside. The houses are accessed from the shared gateway via tarmac roadways. Other things to note There is a small supermarket, deli plus Post Office for basic groceries 300m away, another small supermarket in the next village (4km away) and lots of supermarkets in Wexford, 17km away. Tesco deliver for a small charge.
