On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) and 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, integrated kitchen, dishwasher, service patio with shower for after the beach and large terrace with linda. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (en suite), laundry and freezer. Quincho with long table and a large grill. Sun loungers. Beach umbrella and chairs. High chair for children. Directv. The space It is a house with a size suitable for ONE family, it is cozy, bright, warm, has a nice and dedicated decoration, a very well equipped and complete kitchen, Its location, walkable to all the places of interest in Cachagua, a few blocks away there are shops, greengrocers, pharmacy, cafes, fishmonger, parish, equestrian, restaurant, etc., it has everything you need so you don't have to move from the sector. Pets are not allowed, nor is it rented to groups of young people. Guest access A few meters from the house there is a staircase on which you quickly reach the main street and the most important places in Cachagua without needing a car. The house DOES NOT HAVE SHEETS, nor TOWELS, if you need them, notify by message at the time of booking, (there will be an extra charge per person). The beds have: Pillows, duvets with covers and bedspreads. There are a couple of beach umbrellas and chairs. For winter, there is a Bosca and a gas stove. Other things to note It's a very practical house, easy to manage, with several areas where you can enjoy as a family. It has a large, very cozy and comfortable terrace, with nice armchairs to read, rest, breathe fresh air and a dining room with a nice view for lunch or dinner. The quincho is very nice, it has a large table on which you can share a delicious barbecue. On the side of this, you have another sector with comfortable chairs, where you can have a delicious snack. The location is within walking distance to the beach (8 to 10 min) and if you don't like to walk, in summer there are shuttle buses that take you there for free from the main street.
