Cozy and bright House in Cachagua . On the first floor : 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with wood, integrated kitchen dishwasher, service patio with shower for after the beach and large terrace with nice. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (en suite), laundry room and freezer. Quincho with a long table and a big grill. Sun loungers. Sunscreen and chairs for the beach. Tacataca for kids. Directv. The space It is a house with a size suitable for A SINGLE family, it is cozy, bright, warm, has a beautiful and dedicated decoration, a very well equipped and complete kitchen, its location, walkable to all the places of interest in Cachagua, a few blocks away there are commercial premises, greengrocer, pharmacy, cafes, Fishmonger, parish, equestrian, restaurant, etc., it has everything you need so you don't have to move from the sector. Pets are not accepted, nor is it rented to a group of young people. Guest access A few meters from the house there is a staircase in which you quickly reach the main street and the most important places of Cachagua without needing a car. The house DOES NOT HAVE SHEETS, nor TOWELS, in case of need, notify by message at the time of booking, (there will be an extra charge per person). Beds are left with: Pillows, duvets with pillowcases and bedspreads. There are a couple of toothpicks and chairs for the beach. For winter, there is Bosca and a gas stove. Other things to note It is a very practical house, easy to handle, with several sectors where you can enjoy as a family. It has a large terrace very cozy and comfortable, with rich armchairs to read, rest, breathe pure air and with a dining room with nice view for lunch or lunch. The quincho is very nice, it has a great table where you can share a nice barbecue. On the side of this, you have another sector with comfortable chairs, where you can have a delicious snack. The location is walkable to the beach (8 to 10 min) and if you don't like to walk, in summer there are approach buses that take you free from the main street.
