Standby Generator As per amenity limitations stated on Airbnb, Home Suites’ standby generator shall be turned-on during long hours of black out at NIGHT ONLY and shall be switched-off at a certain time to prevent overheating. To avoid unexpected system failure and shutdown due to capacity overload, my staff might have to switch OFF some breakers for heater and some sockets inside the room so that air-conditioning unit may run normally. Guests are advised to minimise use of lights if possible when our generator is running. In case of intermittent black-outs without prior advisory, please wait as electicity will be back shortly. An emergency light is plugged inside the room. If the power fails, it turns on automatically. Please maintain it in charging mode. Massage: On-call masseuse is available upon request. Other things to note [BOOKING POLICIES] 1. EXTRA PERSON - Maximum occupants mean just that. When you book, you book on that basis. Should the number of guest/s goes/go beyond originally agreed and booked, extra guest/s will be charged an additional PHP 750/person/night on top of the bill. Booking extra person beforehand is PHP 500/person/night only. - Only 1 infant (under 2years old) per room shall be allowed free of charge when booking a reservation. Other infants and toddlers in excess of 1 will be charged an additional guest fee of 300 pesos/night. 2. VISITORS Please respect the limits and do not entertain visitors or bring extra persons inside the premises. Access to the internal areas of Home Suites- such as guest rooms, garden and rooftop- is an exclusive privilege of guests only. Additional PHP 750/person/night will be charged as we may consider them undeclared guests. 3. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in and late check-out are offered based on availability. Should you require a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out for arrival and departure prior to 1:00 p.m and 11:00 a.m respectively, payment of 200/hour may be required. Please contact me directly for reservations. However, we allow baggage drop-off. *Please check-out with our housekeeping personnel so cleaning may be done immediately. Thank you. 4. SPECIAL REQUEST/S Not all requests may be guaranteed but we will make every effort to honor special requests. Requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. 5. QUITE HOURS 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m. Televisions, voices and other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. 6. GATES/KEYS Gates and doors will be locked by 10:00 pm for your security. Backdoor entrance must be used should you wish to arrive later at night. Kindly lock the door upon entry. SNEAK THIEVES are rampant this time of the year and we do not want any untoward incidents to happen. Key to the backdoor entrance is provided along with your room key. Lost key is charged 500/pc. 7. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ENCASHMENT- Our own Parkway Shopping Mart is near the area and accepts encashment at 5% charge only. More convenient than taking tricycle (to and fro) and traveling 30 minutes from White Beach to town proper and vice-Versa for ATM. 8. PASALUBONG Bring an authentic delicacies/pasalubong from Mindoro to people back home. These best sellers are available at our own YAS CONVENIENCE STORES along the beach.
