Garden apartment with pool view

Bayview is on the hill top over looking Sabang, Enjoy stunning views from our roof deck out to sea with fantastic sunsets . The apartment comes with fully equipped kitchen/living area including gas hob , full size refrigerator ,rice cooker ,toaster . kettle with complementary tea and coffee . Bedroom has queen size bed , wardrobe , sat Tv , with air-con and wall fan . The bathroom adjoins the bedroom with walk in shower ,sink and toilet . you can also access patio from bedroom. The space Our area is called caber about 5-10 mins walk to town down a steep road way or down steps that lead to the water front . You can also take a local motor bike taxi costing around p30 depending on time of day (prices increase late at night ). we have 2 deep wells for our water supply also a back up solar system for night time power outage. when running on back-up power air-conditioning units are isolated ,ceiling and wall fans will be running . Guest access Our guests can use our pool area from 8am - 8pm . Other things to note Bayview palms is on the hill top access on a steep concrete road not suitable for tricycles . Tuk Tuk and can safely bring you to the entrance , or one of the local habal habal motor bike taxi .if you prefer to walk it is a 8 min walk to town down the road way or 5 mins down steps to Sabangs new sea front board walk . When running on back up power solar or generator air-conditioning units are isolated , ceiling and wall fans will keep running . Swimming pool area access is 8am - 9pm . Hose keeping is on request contact staff or message on app . 500 pesos for extra person with extra foam bed, towel, blanket & bedsheet. We don't have any car parking on site ( only motorcycle parking ) .There is a pay parking area in Sabang market for cars
