AlmaMar – beachfront house in central Matanzas

AlmaMar Matanzas is located on the first line of the ocean, just above the beach, with private access, in a community of seven houses in the mecca of windsurfing / kitesurfing in Matanzas. It’s halfway between Hotel Surazo and Roca Cuadrada and it has a view of both. The surf and wind conditions here are World-Class and the La Mesa surf break is directly in front of the house. Put your wetsuit on in the living room and then walk out front and hit the surf The space The entire front of the home has walls of glass to capture the amazing ocean views. The open kitchen, dining and living room has 4 meter ceilings and it opens onto the large, protected deck where you’ll find a BBQ and stairs leading down to the beach. The two large bedrooms and bathrooms occupy the north wing. on the north side of the house you’ll find a wood-fired, filtered hot tub and a fire pit. Everywhere inside and outside of the home you’ll be amazed by the unobstructed ocean views. AlmaMar has dual pane windows and extra-insulated walls for sound isolation and thermal insulation. Guest access Parking for two cars within the condominium, no exceptions. They can not enter or park more than 2 cars per house. Pets are not accepted, neither inside nor outside the house. Without exceptions. Other things to note You enter into the community of La Mesa (no signs) off of the main road into Matanzas just south of the radio towers (that are above the road). When making the reservation, the exact coordinates will be sent to the guest and by GPS they will arrive perfectly at the destination. There is private guest parking for a maximum of 2 cars. Management and helpers will either be onsite or close by to assist you during your stay. Sorry, no pets allowed.
