Our magnificent estate property is located directly on a private, hard packed sand beach; very safe for swimming. There are views of the ocean from every room. This home is large and spacious with all amenities available to our guests. The large terrace and screen porch offer outdoor living areas to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the spectacular views of beach and water. The 3/4 acre property abounds with tropical plants and flowers. We offer a safe, gated community in a tranquil setting. The space The living space of our home includes 2 very large bedrooms and a smaller one with a walk-in closet. All 3 have queen beds. The master suite includes a large bedroom with small sitting area, a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with 2 vanities, a jet tub and a shower. All 3 bedrooms have ocean views, however the master suite and small guest bedrooms have a spectacular view from the bed that will make you want to stay in bed and stare at the ocean all day! Guest access Our home includes a very large kitchen that looks over the dining and living room areas as well as having an amazing view of the ocean and beach! There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and drier. There is a very large covered terrace as well as a screen porch for evening dining. We supply the laundry soap, dishwasher and dishwashing detergents, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo and shower soap. There is one bath towel and one beach towel for each guest. The refrigerator usually has ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, and other sauces that you may use. The cupboards have salt, pepper, cooking oil and various spices and condiments for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity you could imagine including a coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, blender, food processor, toaster oven and more. Make sure to open every cupboard and drawer to see what is available! We also have boogie boards, masks and snorkels, games, books and beach toys for your use. Other things to note We have property managers onsite and live in the home as you enter the gate. They are there to walk you through our property when you arrive.
