Country house with infinity pools

Its spaces are comfortable and decorated with a special charm and care, where you will certainly find everything you need for a memorable stay with family or friends. The house is entertaining, contemplating the views, rabbits and birds. There are paddle courts for rent 5 minutes away (request contact). Good nearby trails for bicycle and motocross lovers. Vineyards 15 minutes away. Time to the Chilean coast is about 40 minutes. All the terraces are roofed with Chilean tiles, including the Quincho, and therefore protected from the sun and rain. There is terrace furniture all over the outside of the house, rattan for a country breakfast, recycled wood for a cocktail or sit at the large family oak table to enjoy the dishes from the clay oven or grill (12 to 15 people comfortably seated). The kitchen is fully equipped for several people, with a dishwasher and large refrigerator and all the necessary appliances. There is air conditioning in summer and heating in winter to coordinate its use. The pool area and its terraces are fenced with a safety fence for children. The main room has a king-size bed, terrace and bathroom. On the 2nd level, there are 2 rooms and they share a full bathroom. On the same level, there is a small open living room that has a trundle bed for children or adults. The 4th room is next to the kitchen with a small bathroom. Description of beds: - Main Room 1: King size bed. - Room 2: 1 Queen Bed. Plus a sofa bed) -Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Room 4: 2 single beds (kitchen side). Open space living room with screen: 1 trundle bed (for 2 people). There is a pack and play crib and a dining chair that must be coordinated. For shopping there are vegetable shops, free-range eggs, kneaded bread and supermarkets and pharmacies down in the village just a few minutes away. There is a hospital 5 minutes away. The water is from a well and drinkable. Guest access In the condominium, which is very well maintained, there is access to a tennis court (unfortunately it has cracks) and children's games.
