This is VERY NEW 3 bedrooms LAKE VIEW with private pool villa, located in Sanctuary Ho Tram Resort, a private gated beach resort. The villa is just about 80m away from the beach. -1 king-size bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and balcony. - The two other bedrooms will share a half-bathroom on the first floor. - 1 WC for living room - Kitchen is fully eqquiped. Cooking, BBQ activities are allowed in the villa. -Housekeeping, water, coffee, and tea are free of charge. The space Our villa is a LAKE VIEW luxury villa located in Sanctuary Ho Tram Resort. It has 224m2 of living area and 300m2 of land area and is located in Ho Tram, Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, which is about 2.5 hours from the Ho Chi Minh city/airport. Guests at the resort can enjoy a variety of facilities such as an alfresco restaurant, a tennis court, and a children’s playground, kayak, gym. It is also very good for walking. The kitchen has a BBQ, a large fridge, and a wine cooler that you can use to cook your food with spices. There will be daily housekeeping service (included in the total room price). The beach is safe to swim. - Kayaks is available for you to use (free of charge) - There is a children’s playground in the resort (free of charge). - There is a tennis court (free of charge). - Gym is available (with a charge). - The villa’s garage can accommodate 1 car but there are other parking spaces within the resort for additional cars. - Fresh seafood is available 200m away from the resort. - Restaurants/food shops are about 200m away from the resort. - Hamptons Pier is 3km away from the resort. - The casino, entertainment center, and cinema at The Grand Hotel are 1km away from the resort. - Tropicana Park of Novaworld Ho Tram is 15km away from the resort. - Binh Chau primeval forest is about 25km away from the resort. - Cooking, BBQ activities are allowed in the villa. Guests need to bring some special seasonings for special dishes Other things to note -Security Deposit: 2,000,000 vnd upon check in . You may be charged for the damages. - Breakfast is not included in the room price but can be ordered (with a charge) at the resort’s restaurant. -The villa will only allow registered guests to use its facilities and does not allow unregistered guest to stay overnight at the residence. - If you need a maid to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or help you with day-to-day chores during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange it for you at an additional charge. - We offer a variety of entertainment options including birthday events, company events, holiday events, BBQ parties, cocktail parties, finger food parties… Please note that all services must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and the cost of services is not included in the room price. -Daily cleaning service is included for booking from/above 2 nights ( not included washing dishes, cooking, shopping, laundry services. The surcharge will be applied for these extra services. -Breakfast is not included . If you'd like to have breakfast you can order from the Sanctuary' s restaurant with a lart carte menu or you can prepare the food in villa by yourself. -Accommodation for this villa is 09 adults with 04 children from 0 to 11 years old OR 10 adults only, no children. -A maximum of 02 extra adults and 02 extra children can be accommodated in villa with an extra charge of VND 1,500,000 per adult and VND 750,000 per child without breakfast and extra beds - Party more than the number of guests confirmed in the villa is not allowed. - Noise is not allowed from/after 22:00pm - Cooking and BBQ activities are allowed in the villa - Kayak is available in the resort for free - Tennis court is available for free - Pets are allowed in the villa, but please keep the villa clean from them and make sure no damages may caused by pets. If not it may be charged for the damages. -Karaoke, playing loud music outside the villa with speakers and amplifiers without closing the door ARE NOT ALLOWED. Only singing and listening to the music are allowed inside the villa and all doors are closed. All activities should be stopped at 22:00 pm. *** Transportation from Ho Chi Minh airport to the villa (or return) can be provided upon request with a 16-seat or 7-seat car at a reasonable cost.
