Gorgeous Marsh Views and 2 Blocks from the beach!

Welcome to “Sunset on the Marsh.” Come stay in this beautifully decorated custom built beach house. Fairly new build. The house is only 2 blocks from the beach on a quiet street, perfect for families! It backs up to the Davis Canal with a gorgeous marsh view from the rear and has ocean views from the front top deck. The space Beautiful views from front and back! Open and bright floor plan with large doors off the living room that open to a deck that overlooks the marsh. There is a bed room downstairs with one set of bunk beds and one full bath. There are three additional bed rooms upstairs and two full baths plus a loft with an optional sofa bed if needed. The loft has a giant big screen TV for a family movie night. The master king bed room has an ensuite bath and a slider that opens to a rear deck that overlooks the marsh. The other king bedroom also has a slider that opens to the front deck with an ocean view. At the end of the day, rinse off with the outdoor hot/cold shower or curl up with a movie. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back porch off the living room watching the sunset or wildlife in the marsh. Tons of relaxing outdoor space with double porches front and back to catch the salty ocean air. Plenty of space for all! Bring your fishing pole and try to catch some fish! There is a small dock with access to the canal waterway from the rear of the property. Other things to note All linens are provided (sheets, bath towels/washcloths, kitchen towels). The laundry services are inclusive in our fee pricing. Bring your own beach towels. We also provide hand soap in the bathrooms and dish soap. We have several beach chairs, a couple of bikes and kids’ sand toys that are available for your use. We do not have cable TV, but have several streaming services.
