Located 3 blocks from center of Alpine. 3 Private, lockable rooms available, each with shower, toilet, sink and amenities. Each room is separately listed. Common entrance room and small full kitchen area shared by guests. Kids welcome and pets with leashes or crates. Ample parking. Fire pit and patio available. Host and family live in building. The space This room has a large window overlooking the spacious backyard. Also has a gel memory-foam bed. Guest access Guest access to entrance/common room and kitchen. Ample free parking. Guest access also for the patio and firepit in the back yard. Other things to note We know our guests will be cooperative and friendly with the guests staying in other rooms. Last one up turns off the lights in the common area.
