Comfortably furnished three-bedroom duplex unit for six guests. Bedroom set up is two with a queen bed and one with a king, a pull out queen sofa sleeper in the upstairs family room and one full bathroom. Two flatscreen televisions, satellite TV, WiFi, DVD, Wii, & more. The kitchen is stocked with oil, flour, sugar, & spices. Located close to shopping, restaurants, trails, lakes, downtown and Wolf Creek ski area. All units are non-smoking and we don't allow pets. $50 for 3+ night stay. The main floor has kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, two queen bedrooms, washer & dryer, and small garage. An upstairs loft has family room with pull out sofa sleeper and a king bedroom. If you have a larger group, we also have three other units next door that sleep 8 guests each. One car garage for skis, bikes, etc. Maximum three cars. Grill can be rolled out of the garage to front patio for cooking. Guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbors when using outside areas. Quiet time after 10 pm to keep our neighbors happy. Outside portable fire pits/or fires are not permitted. We live just next door and do all we can to make sure your experience is outstanding. Special care is taken to ensure we give you everything you could possibly need. We try to stock the house with items we would want when we are traveling, so no detail has been overlooked. If you find something missing or use the last of the item, let us know and we make sure to stock up for the next guest. The world famous Pagosa hot springs are just a few minutes away. Wolf Creek ski and snowboard area is a short drive up Hwy 160. Thousands of acres of national forest access nearby. San Juan river for fishing, tubing, kayaking, rafting, or splashing fun is just a few minutes away. Bike trails, hiking trails, and local fishing ponds within walking distance. Close to stocked lakes. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the recreation center close by. The Durango airport is about an hour away. There is a local transit bus stop near the intersection of our road, about a 1/4 mile walk. A vehicle is necessary to get around Pagosa Springs. Try to limit vehicles to two, maximum of three. Let us know if you have more than two vehicles. Receive a $50 gas card for your first time 3-night stay or longer. Receive a $25 gas card for your first time 2-night stay.
