Welcome to our 3 bdrm/1.5 bath apartment, located right in the heart of trendy Westboro, a family friendly borough known for great stores and restaurants. Steps from transit line and close to bike paths makes this spot ideal for visiting Ottawa. The space Our unit is the top floor of our triplex up one flight of steps. We have approximately 1200 square feet. The open-concept kitchen, dining and living room, and powder room are at the front.The three bedrooms and full bath are in the back of the unit. The large windows are one of our favourite features. There is also a spacious yard. Our tenants in the other units are really nice, one professional couple and our kids' grandmother. We are also within a block and a half from two grocery stores, liquor store, and gas station, as well as lots of cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Guest access Guests will have access to our entire flat, including closet space, and the yard. They also have their own parking space (on the left of the left driveway). Please note: Guests do not have access to either of the BBQs in the backyard. They belong to our tenants. Thank-you. Other things to note We do not have a landline telephone or cable television.
