The villa is self catering, however, we provide daily maid service. The space We have unlimited high speed WIFI INTERNET throughout the property. Smoking allowed on the large outside veranda. The Island Princess Villa kitchen has everything, granite bar, large sliding glass window for views of the Marine Park, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle for tea or coffee, rice cooker, stove, coffee machine, frig with freezer, washing machine, dishes, glasses, pots pans, plus a portable outside grill on request, ect. We provide soap, tissue and the best friendly service. The Villa has air conditioning, ceiling fans, HD TV, safe and reading lamps. Guest access Guess have access to the gardens, outdoor swimming pool and Anse Possession Beach which is 270 meters away. Bus stop 300 meters away. Other things to note We recently started a boat excursion around Praslin Island and so far every guest has told us that the boat excursion is the best day of their vacation, except for fishing trips where the guests say the fishing trip is their best day. Praslin has great snorkeling and the view of the sea/beaches as you see 10 islands on the boat excursion is beyond beautiful. My nephew has a great deal for our guests. You start out at a place called LaReserve for the best snorkeling on the island. Then you go to the picturesque island of St. Pierre for swimming, great snorkeling and relaxing. Then you go to the island of Curieuse for hiking, playing or relaxing on the beaches, snorkeling and a very good Creole BBQ lunch with fish, chicken, rice, slad and drinks. There are over 100 small baby to giant tortoise on the island, Curieuse is so so beautiful as well. Normal start time is 0900 AM in the morning until 04:00 PM in the afternoon. We can organize any trip to any island and the fishing is great throughout the seas around Praslin. New dining area at Anse Possession 300 meters from the villa at Seaview Lodge Bar and Grill located at the end of our road and 2nd estate on the right. All of my guests are saying eating at the Seaview Lodge Bar and Grill is their best meal on Praslin. You will see the Sign for Seaview Lodge, just walk up the little driveway. New deck area in front of the pool with amazing views of the sea at sunset Excellent chef with your choice of Fish of the Day, Chicken, Pork or Octopus Curry and a variety of other creole foods.
