St Thomas Oasis is equipped with a water reserve system however, we ask guests to be as conservative as possible with water usage. Minimize washing, be mindful when showering and no additional guests outside of those authorized on your reservation. This will help you have a pleasant & enjoyable vacation experience. The yard space on the ground floor is shared with other tenants. Other things to note There is a CCTV system in place with cameras on the external perimeter of the premises.
