Take pleasure in our newly remodeled condo including upgraded amenities! This unit is located on the third (top) floor which affords views of the San Miguel River, Telluride ski area, canyon falls and towering peaks, all from the front porch and rear balcony. Enjoy your stay! License #13818 Relax in our quiet condo with a queen pillow top bed, leather couch (converts to a queen bed), flat screen televisions, and private balcony. Chairlift access is only 1 block away. Hikers/bikers also have access to trails right from the property. At the end of your vacation day, relax by the only year-round pool/hot tub in Telluride. Our condo is fully available for guest use, with the exception of the owners closet. Also, from 10 am - 10 pm guests have access to the saline reverse osmosis pool and hot tub. The key for the swimming area is located in the flip-out drawer in front of the kitchen sink. There are also a few community charcoal grills available for guest use. Additionally, there is ski storage just to the right of our door and bike racks in the parking areas. While we live in Southwestern Colorado, we generally are not in Telluride when our guests are using our condo. However, we are available by phone, text and email to help with any issues. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Travel to Mountain Village via the gondola or catch the Galloping Goose (free shuttle) that comes by the Viking Lodge frequently. The Galloping Goose will also be happy to take you to other locations in town as well. For an evening stroll or to access downtown, the river trail is another great option! Lodging Tax to Be Collected: Airbnb collects only a portion of the 15.15% lodging tax we are required to collect when you book. There will be an additional lodging tax of about 9% owed to complete your reservation. Cancellation Policy: Payment of the security deposit/full payment indicates that you agree with the terms of this reservation agreement. Guests paying with a credit card agree to pay for condo damages and incidentals related to their stay. If the reservation is canceled more than 72 hours prior to the reservation dates, all money will be refunded less the security/damage deposit. If the reservation is canceled within 72 hours of the reservation dates, all money paid at that time will be retained. The only exception to this refund policy occurs if any or all of the dates are reserved by a new guest. In this situation, refunds will be made based on the number of dates booked by a new guest. All refunds subject to a $25 processing fee. The security deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of checkout as long as no damages or additional cleaning fees were incurred.
