The space This modern furnished cottage is located in the village of Drača and is 8 kilometers away from Kragujevac. It is suitable for nature lovers and enjoying fresh air, organizing small parties and birthday celebrations. The size of the land plot is 15 ares, and while sitting in a spacious front yard with a beautiful flower garden, our guests can use the following amenities: a portable hammock hanging and a garden swing in the shade of oak and maple trees, rattan outdoor garden furniture set for sitting and enjoying fresh air on the terrace with fantastic view of the Gledić Mountains, parking space for 4-5 cars, porch under the vine with a large outdoor barbecue, table and benches, extra chairs, bar stools, and recreational facility - a tennis table. Behind the house there is a large vineyard all the way down from the porch. The kitchen is indoor and outdoor, with a refrigerator, dishes, spices, coffee maker, ceramic hob burner, pizza oven and toaster. Water is for technical usage. The interior of the house consists of a living room with a sofa bed suitable for two people as well as a wood-burning stove, ideal for sitting by the fire in the evening. There are also a dining room, kitchen, pantry equipped with dishes, spices and everything you need in the kitchen, bedroom with double bed measuring 180x220 cm, bathroom with shower. Clean towels, shampoo, bedclothes and blankets are at guests ’disposal. Guest access They say that Šumadija reminds of Italian Tuscany, so Dračica-Toskanica (Little Tuscany) is a real example of this claim. Not only is it characterized by beautiful landscapes and surroundings, but it is located in the village of Drača which is known as the "heart of Serbia", e.g. the geographical center of Serbia is right here. Located only 8km away from the city of Kragujevac, this wonderful house for rest and pleasure is surrounded by interesting facilities and landscapes. The first thing that is nearby is the Ethnographic Museum of Drača from 1903 with authentic objects from the past of this area, winery Rujevica which offers local specialties and quality wine from indigenous grapes, Monastery of Drača from the 16th century with excellent winery and famous balms, KG Brewery craft brewery that offers excellent homemade kraft beer. Šumarice Lake with all its entertainment facilities is a 7-minute drive from the accommodation: adventure park for children, zip line, pedal boats, restaurants, beach... From the direction of Drača, at the entrance to the city of Kragujevac, there is a memorial park Šumarice and the Museum „21. October”, an eternal monument to the victims of the Second World War.
