My place is good for solo adventurer and business traveler. Parking is on the STREET only. Guest access Keyless entry at Front Gate, Building entrance and door to your unit. Front yard, inside of the private gated fence is for guests to relax, rest and enjoy outdoor sun during the day and cool breeze in the evening. Other things to note Free parking on the street, except Monday is a trash pick up, can not park cars on the street Monday during the daytime.
