Our holiday house is your home away from home. It is located in the centre of the beautiful village of Ballyvaughan within walking distance to all shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. It is a modern 3 bedroom fully insulated home which sleeps 8 comfortably. It has a beautiful large bright fully equipped kitchen and full dining room. The living room features a flat screen tv and wifi. We have a large south facing fully enclosed garden with a patio and dining table perfect for al fresco dining. The space Downstairs: en-suite bedroom with Kingsize bed with an electric shower. Fully fitted Kitchen and Dining room. Living room with open fireplace. Large flatscreen tv and wifi Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has one king size bed and one twin bed. Bedroom 2 has 3 twin beds. Bathroom containing a full bath with an electric shower. All beds have been replaced in beginning of 2023 featuring hotel quality mattresses. Bathrooms have been completely renovated. Guest access Entire house, private garden, off-street parking Other things to note WiFi is available in the house. The house has been fully insulated with new triple glazed windows and doors. Also new state of the art electric heating has been installed which is fully energy efficient leaving the house cosy and warm all year round.
