Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Trimble Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two nearby golf courses, and one of the area’s best grocery stores. The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the towhome and in the back off the master bedroom. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer and linens/towels. There is a also a single car garage that can be use for storage or parking (assuming your vehicle is very very small).
