Historical area, close to Cerro el Roble, Olmué (30km), Limache (37km). Basic services in Til Til (14 km). The space Cozy, fully-equipped house (sheets and towels available). It has different levels and spaces, especially to share by the fireplace, sit and read in the loft, play board games, enjoy the views of the Andes Mountains, highlighting a privileged view of the Aconcagua. The house has electricity. Heating is with fireplaces in the common areas, wood in the main room and electric radiators in the other rooms. There are 3 fire extinguishers. The water is from underground aquifers and its use requires awareness and special saving given the drought, it is not recommended for drinking. A gas grill is available. It doesn't have Wi-Fi, but there is a phone signal. It has a 5*2.70m pool. There are trails within the plot to hike the hill and enjoy the scenery.
