ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office. Parking: One designated space is provided in a shared double carport, accommodating most vehicles, including some SUVs. The enclosed carport has an 83" height clearance and is accessed via the rear alley. Additional neighborhood parking—both metered and unmetered—may also be available nearby. Laundry: Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the utility room along the ground-floor walkway near the garage. Complimentary laundry supplies are provided; however, guests must provide their own quarters. Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.
