This is a well-secured and safe community. The Community Police Station is just two minutes walk away. The main entrance to the community is also manned by a private security guards. The main gate to the property is operated by a remote control. Also, the CCTV Security Cameras with TV monitor installed in the house. The space The whole house was renovated less than 5 months ago and all the furniture and appliances were brand new shipped from the US in July of 2019. Everything in the house is new. For safety, the property has electronic wired fence around it. Guest access Guest has access to all closets in the Master Bedroom except one locked closet that has owner's personal belongings. Other things to note Guests are responsible for charging their own electricity card for power.
