Nestled right on the Morro Bay Embarcadero, this 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo puts you steps from waterfront restaurants, breezy bars, quirky shops, and the charm of seaside living. Grab a fish taco, sip a local craft beer, and stroll home in under five minutes. While the Embarcadero buzzes just outside, inside the condo, it's all peace and quiet (except for the occasional bark of a friendly seal). Kick back on the deck and soak in panoramic views of the bay, watch sailboats sway, kayakers cruise by, and sea otters play like it’s their full-time job. And guess what? There are three nearly identical condos in this complex, so if your dates are taken, don't panic, book one of the others and enjoy the same awesome experience! Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted. The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back! Checkout Requirements: To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation. Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge. Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes) Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats Lock all doors and windows Return any provided keys as instructed Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee. By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies. **Additional Notes: Check-In Time 4:00 PM | Check-Out 11:00 AM No Smoking and No Pets Primary Renter must be age 21 years of age or older, per city ordinance.
