Spacious villa with gorgeous ocean view in Maio

Our comfortable villa, accommodating 4 with 2 bedrooms and a big living room, is in a gorgeous and quiet area, right next to the splendid beach of Ponta Preta and only a few minutes away from the lively town of Vila, with its own beach, restaurants and friendly locals. The house is facing the ocean, with an exceptional view. From the terrace upstairs, you can see even whales in season. Come here to relax and enjoy Maio, as a couple, a family, or a group of friends. You will never want to leave! The space Our house is beautiful and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay but in my opinion what really makes it unique is its breathtaking ocean view. We like to have our breakfast outside and the view every morning is magnificent. I think it is also perfectly located, in a quiet area, a very short walk from the gorgeous beach of Ponta Preta, a 6km stretch of white sand which you will have all to yourself most often (there is hardly anyone on that beach ever, which is quite a shock given how beautiful it is), while at the same time remaining close to the village, its restaurants, grocery, etc, but away from the noise and agitation. We really have the best of both worlds with this location. Update: we now also have a working wifi! Guest access You will have access to all the ground floor, with its 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large living room and kitchen, as well as the outside terrace and the balcony upstairs. The room on the first floor is used as storage only and will remain closed during your stay, but you are of course free to use the large outdoor terrace on the first floor, with its fantastic ocean view. We recommend doing yoga there!
