A gorgeous 400 sq ft front deck with a view of the turquoise ocean and the vivid and peaceful scenes of the luscious green gardens one can see from the back patio The space The place is fully furnished in an elegant style dark wood decor with fully equipped and fully functional kitchen including washer and dryer, microwave, stove, fridge and freezer; queen size bed in the bedroom with access to the back patio and a pullout couch in the living room with entrance to the spacious furnished front deck featuring sitting area, sun bed and patio umbrella. Both bedroom and living room have AC units, massive vaulted ceiling with lighted ceiling fans and Samsung flat screen TVs, 65 inch in living room and 55 inch in bedroom. The living room is also featuring a business area with printer/scanner and a space to set up a laptop. The bathroom is tastefully styled and supplied with towels and all bathroom necessities, where you can enjoy a nice relaxing time in either a bath tub or freshen up in a shower cabin with sliding doors. The guests of our condo can enjoy complimentary High speed internet access with Wi-Fi, up to 200 Mbps and unlimited data, Cable TV, Sound bar with sub woofer. Plus free WiFi at the pool UPDATES: - newly installed awning over back patio, provides coverage from the rain and shade - Both A/C have been professionally cleaned and serviced - New lighting in the kitchen and the common area stairwell - Back patio furniture restored including fixing any wicker, painted and varnished. - Front patio furniture, love seat and 2 chairs were restored including fixing any wicker, painted, varnished and structurally supported Please be aware: Electricity costs are extremely expensive in Jamaica🇯🇲 and ask that you shut off the A/C units and fans when not at the condo, it only takes minutes to cool the place back down if needed If necessary the A/C will shut off if left on when no one is at the condo We can’t guarantee the service of JPS (electricity) or NWC (water) as it is out of our control There is a back up water pump to make sure there is water pressure when there is a NWC disruption JPS is fairly reliable but there are disruptions in service from time to time and we apologize in advance Guest access As a guest of the community, you can enjoy the infinity pool with poolside furniture and umbrellas and free WiFi, gorgeous white sand private beach with loungers and chairs where you can snorkel carefree as it is a fish sanctuary and there are no motorized water vessels allowed. You can use on-premise tennis courts and basketball half court, as well as use the property paths for jogging and bicycling in a completely safe 24 hour guarded secured environment. As guests of our condo you can use beach towels and pool float and sporting equipment. You are also provided with the access to the safe where you can store your passports and valuables if necessary. There are many gazebos for your enjoyment on common area property for you to use, please ask for details There is a path that can be accessed during the day that takes you over to Bloody Bay Beach, the gate is open from 6am - 6pm Other things to note Transportation to and from Montego Bay airport (approximately 1.5 hours drive each way) can be arranged upon request for extra fee, as well as to any sight seeing, dining or shopping excursions. We can provide you with numbers of local cab drivers, food delivery caterers and maid services. Nearby attractions include Kool Runnings water park, Negril seven mile beach, Dolphin cove, golf courses and the world famous Ricks Cafe. The vibrant town of Negril is only 10 minute drive away offering local restaurants, grocery stores, bars, shopping centres, markets and pharmacy.
