Lime Cliff

Ideally located in the quiet area of Old Town, overlooking the caribbean sea, this newly nuilt house is at a walking distance from Lime Kiln Beach. You can enjoy the cool breeze and the great view on the Centre Hills, the cliffs and the sea, while liming in the hammock on the covered terrace ! You will have access to the neighbour pool, owned by the family and serving 3 independent buildings. The space The view is truly what makes this house unique! The en suite bedroom opens to the terrace. The living, with a fully equipped kitchen, is also open to the terrace, where you can relax in the hammock. Other things to note We strongly advice to rent a car while staying in Montserrat. The island might be small, but it is very hilly and there is lots of places to see ! The island sometime experiences short lived power outages. This is beyond our control but we do provide battery lamp to help you navigate through. From time to time, depending on the weather, flying ants arrive in large number, attracted to the lights. This is also something that happens on the whole island and beyond our control. When those conditions arrise, we ask our guests to close all windows and keep the light down for the evening. They are not dangerous and will be gone by morning. Usually the tradewinds keep our place cool and the mosquitoes under control, but there will be time with rain and no wind ao we so provide mosquito coils so that you can keep enjoying the outside.
