With over 4000 square feet of living space, it can accommodate up to 12 guests in three connected, but separable units. It is fully air conditioned, with all of the amenities. • • • Part of the Bahamas, the Exuma Archipelago lies 200 miles south of Miami. We are located on the dreamy island of Little Exuma, a mere bridge ride from Grand Exuma and George Town, with its airport, marina, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. This incomparable resort rental is nestled along a secluded cove with calm, Tiffany blue water and endless white powder sands. The pristine beach extends all the way to the legendary Tropic of Cancer Beach. • • • This is a one-of-a-kind, versatile, multi-unit property that brings big families or large groups of friends together. For large Barbecues and events, there are also free standing gazebo structures with banquet size tables under lush pergolas adjacent to outdoor fireplaces, a rustic grill station, and a traditional Bahamian river rock oven. • • • This versatile, triptych layout can accommodate a variety of needs. The side wings can be integrated with the main house via connecting doors or they can be individually separated to provide privacy. Folding doors open up to all sides of the house offering ocean, garden, and pool views If you require more capacity, additional luxury beachfront rental homes are available within easy walking distance from the Villa. • • • The Outpost Bespoke Team will customize your Bahamian experience at your request. Whatever you need for a pleasant stay, we make all the necessary arrangements. From laundry to catering, activities to personal services, our team knows the Islands intimately. No white gloves required - this is a friendly family island and you will enjoy the informal and personal atmosphere of our Bahamian friends and ”curators.” If you wish, we will stock the fridge, wine rack or pantry, pick you up at the airport or help you get a rental car so that you hit the ground running. Are you into water pursuits? Our team can arrange boat rental to go fishing, diving or if you want to visit neighboring islands and make friends with Exuma’s renowned swimming pigs. Guest access Surrounded by palm trees and nestled in tropical green, all three structures look out at the ocean on one side, while embracing the luxurious tropical pool at their center. The Main House, in the middle, features a master King bedroom suite with ocean view, and a loft with two large size junior beds. The ballroom-scale Grand Salon with its state of the art entertainment center, flows into the large dining area. A modern, open plan chef’s kitchen can provide for large festivities or accommodate gourmet cooking seminars. The two side-wings are identical. Each has a spacious, master king bedroom, facing the ocean and a double twin bedroom, overlooking the pool. All bedrooms come with an individual bathroom and their own private decks. They are separated by a kitchen at the center of each wing.
