The space Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. This is the second unit from the front of the building. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, ricecookier, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 4 adults, 2 children while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full size crib. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. This rental also comes equipped with a pack 'n play, a high-chair, stroller, and a variety of seal-able containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway! Our garage with code-pad entry fits one small sedan inside and you can park another vehicle of any size directly outside the garage. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent. Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun! We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. Primary guest must be 25.
