Every room has its own bathroom and a superking bed, big screen TV in the living room, TV in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a big fridge, everything necessary for cooking, a large terrace with a BBQ (gas), high speed internet. When booking 7 NIGHTS or more we are offering the guests the use of the MULE (free of charge). The space Apartments at Buenaventura Golf and Beach located in the town of Rio Hato, on-site luxury village with a guarded closed territory. There are Marriott Hotel, Golf courses, restaurants, 4 private beaches, outdoor pools, SPA, playgrounds, Zoo and recreation areas, Gourmet shops. In our Apartment you can find everything for short and long term stay. The Apartment is located in Paseo de las Casas in a walking distance from the beach (10 min), distance to the big swimming pool is 1 min. Guests will have access to the whole property except the storage room where we keep our belongings. Apartment is prepared for a long-term rent. Long-term visitors will be asked to sign the contract. Guest access Guests of the Apartment will have free access to private beach clubs, swimming pools, zoo, recreation areas. The property is 10 minutes from the Pacific Ocean, Hotel, bakery and Gurmet shop. We have a private parking for a vehicle, free parking for visitors, security service. A 10-minute drive guests can find supermarkets (Super 99, Arrocha, Novey ), gas station and many small shops in Farallon Plaza. Mercado de Mariscos is a 15-minute drive along the Pan American highway, where guests can always buy fresh seafood, vegetables and fruits.
