You will love the sunrises and sunsets at "The Landing”. No pets allowed! Appliances include fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and clothes dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, etc. There are three separate living/lounging areas: (1) the formal living room (fireplace is non-functional) (2) the sun porch (3) the den each with their own TV. There are two spacious bedrooms - the master has a king size bed, sitting area and private bath with 2 sinks and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area. The den has a queen sofa bed. You can see the water from almost every room in the house. We have high speed internet and there are three flat screen TVs with digital local TV, Apple TV, and Chromecast (one with DVD). There is no cable TV or land line telephone. Guests have full access to the house except for the Owners Suite and Garage for owners when they are there. You will access the home with a keypad code that is changed with each guest. Either our local agent or we will be available should you need assistance with anything. Early check in may be possible if there are no other guests checking out the same day. This is a very peaceful area with large lots on Bear Creek. The Landing is close to both Swansboro and Camp Lejeune. There is access to the Intracoastal Waterway and beaches are close. You will need a car to get to and from The Landing and to travel around the area. No Smoking! No Parties! Absolutely no Pets!
