Our French Colonial style accommodation, set in the idyllic surroundings of rice paddy fields on the edge of Phong Nha-Ke Bang World Heritage National Park we are the ideal base for wild adventures that you have only dreamed about, or simply take time to experience the local village life or chill by the pool. The space Phong Nha Farmstay is a very unique experience. We are a lively, fun and relaxing guesthouse, an island of modern comforts in a rural setting. Our extended family do have farmland where they grow rice, peanuts, bananas, sweet corn, cassava, pepper and more, and much of it is served to our guests, but we are not a working farm. Our staff is relaxed, young at heart, passionate about Vietnam- its people, culture and landscape - and proudly work hard to give you the best stay we can. We are not a cheap budget travel option like you can find in the more touristy parts of Vietnam; we are deep in the rural countryside still untouched by the negative effects of mass tourism, and it can be a bit more difficult and a little more expensive to get here than to more touristy spots. The model now, is being copied and we are proud of it too. The Phong Nha area now boasts many accommodation options as they have opened in recent years. Some of them even share in their name the now successful word “Farmstay” too.
