Every room in the house has a view, and the large and inviting kitchen serves as the central hub for gathering. Outside you will find a deck and screened porch, perfect for enjoying the evening sunset and solace. Beyond the house, enjoy unfettered access to 60 acres of wilderness including miles of walking trails and a swimming pond. Our home is located on 60 bucolic acres that offer all the amenities of the outdoors, while sitting only 2 miles from town. The property includes miles of walking trails to explore, a swimming pond with dock, and lots to do for children (including a play set and sandbox). Inside the home, enjoy the fully equipped luxury kitchen, two full baths and four bedrooms. The master suite includes a walk-in closet, a queen sized bed, and a full bath with tiled shower. The back bedroom includes a custom lofted twin bed, with an additional full-sized bed underneath. The third bedroom includes a lofted twin bed with an additional twin bed underneath. The fourth bedroom includes a queen mattress and double closets and is located in the walkout basement where there is a wealth of privacy. Additional sleeping space is provided in the TV room with a queen sized memory foam pull-out mattress. Off the kitchen you will find a back deck and grill with an attached screened in porch. The porch is an excellent way to beat the heat and any summer bugs. It includes a large outdoor sectional sofa, as well as a patio table for enjoying outdoor meals. The home is equipped with WiFi internet, TV, and A/C units in every sleeping space. Because this is our family home, we are very familiar with the area and are ready to help in any way possible.
