Modern Cabin in Centerhill Shores

This Cabin is quiet yet convenient to local shops and restaurants in Smithville. The cabin has a covered porch in back with a beautiful wooded view and a hot tub to enjoy no matter what the weather. You can enjoy nearby hiking, fishing and boating from our cabin. Lake access is within 20 min for marinas Hurricane, Hidden Harbor, or Sligo. A camera is located at front door for security purposes. I have restricted my listing to only family's and couples. Need to have 2 adults who are 25 years age. The space Our modern cabin has 3 BR and 2 full baths with lots of stained pine and a mix of rustic and modern decor. Master has king bed there is a queen bed in other main floor bedroom. The upstairs has a queen bed in a guest bedroom There is a stained pine loft with cross walk open to below. The back has mainly forest views with a covered deck which can be used anytime and very relaxing. Cell service is good. Hi speed WiFi available. Guest access The back porch is mostly covered with a outdoor table a Jacuzzi Spa and a gas grill. There is a covered Car port with room for 1 vehicle. There are 2 TVs, with You Tube TV and gas log fireplace, with washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and front Porch swing. Coffee maker with kuerig or filters and other small appliances. If you want to grill let me know so I can make sure it is ready for you. Other things to note There are some new homes nearby and around back but shrubs and privacy fence creates your own space. Please be aware of parking under trees if storms are in the forecast as we can't control falling limbs. If you hear a noise hitting the roof occasionally (rare) it’s probably a hickory nut. If using the Fire pit please take care and put out with water before bedtime. The hot tub will not be available in winter, December - February.
