The estate has a closed area (1.5 hectares), its own lake and a beautiful location — in a picturesque corner of nature, just 15 km from the Moscow Ring Road. You can book both the entire cottage and the rooms. The guest house operates on the principle of a hotel boutique. The area of the cottage is 450 m2 and only 4 rooms for guests: vip room (room with 2 local oak bed, fold-out sofa and private bathroom with Jacuzzi); lux (room with wicker king size bed, 2 sofas, private bathroom); semi de lux room ( 2 king size bed, 2 bedroom Arabic bed, fold-out sofa, bathroom within walking distance); double room ( 2 bedroom, bathroom on the floor). Lux room is a spacious room of 35 m2 with a private bathroom. Large wicker bed super big size, tachta, and pull-out couch. The room is perfect for a couple with children, a group of friends. The room has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: bathrobes, towels, toothpaste, a bottle of water, a LCD TV, wi-fi. Guest access Each guest has free access to the: 1. Fireplace hall (leather furniture, fireplace, plazma TV 50", home theater, karaoke) 2. Billiards room (American desk) 3. Guest kitchen ( stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, all necessary for cooking and serving meals). 4. Panoramic view veranda ( used as smoking area if necessary, no smoking area in the house) Also, guests can use all attractions on the territory of the estate for free: - which is a big trampoline with a net - hammock - private lake with island, pier - the possibility of making kebabs, pilaf, ears ( gazebo for 20 people, brazier, cauldron) - Fishing ( all necessary gear available) - mushroom picking on the estate (during the season) - bicycles ( for adults and children 3 years old) - Sports inventory ( balls, badminton) - pool ( in warm season) - Skiing For the guests of the estate, entertainment events are organized: 1. Beekeeping in a private courtyard, the host of the estate will teach you how to get honey; 2. Interactive excursion to the private museum of peasant life of the 19th-20th century in the estate; 3. Costumed photo shoot with peasants and gentry images in peasant hut and open air; 4. A masterclass for children "little cook". 5. Russian wood-fired bath with mini pool, spa treatments and lounge room ( brooms, sheets, honey, birch juice). All of the above for stays of 4 nights or more are provided to the guests of the farmstead free of charge. For stays of less than 4 days, the Russian bath is paid separately, at the rate of $50 per company, is not limited in time and number of people.
