this home is in front of buckswood school georgia, in the yard there stands 12 spruce which are 120 year old. the house is 1180 metters from the level of the sea and is 12 kilometers from the Prestigious district Vake. Tskneti is the rich district of Tbilisi and there are living rich people. In about 50 meters there is a great cafe called CHOPS BY THE RIVER which is the most popular cafe in Tbilisi, also near the house there is a big forest of oak and beech. The space Because of the level from the sea in winter there is snow and its a big pleassure to sit in front of the fire place and whatc how it snows on the big trees. Alsow in summer there is such temperature on the first floor that you can lit a fireplace. Guest access Guests can access everywhere in the haouse and also in the yard.
