The downstairs has a master queen bedroom and a full day bed with a beautiful rain shower bathroom with full wrap around windows to the outdoors overlooking the backyard, sauna and creek! The wood fireplace is sure to bring warmth and tranquility to your stay, and the 500 sq ft back yard deck is a place to lay down and tan, read, have a BBQ or all at once thanks to the huge space and assortment of patio furniture. The property features a stream, back yard and a fire pit for natural, calming day and night experience. Guest access Full access to house and property. Guests have access to the entire home which includes a full kitchen, utilities, dishwasher, dishware/flatware/pans/ pots/drip coffee maker/french press coffee maker/electric tea kettle/toaster/ Sauna, irons, ironing board and hair drier and straightener. Bedrooms have soft linens. Bathrooms have towels, body/facial soap, toilet paper, selection of shampoos and conditioners, mouth wash, floss, lotions and optional spa products. There is a laundry/mud room with a washer & dryer available. The house is all yours except for access to the owner's garage/maintenance room. Other things to note The house is situated in a residential, beautiful quiet neighborhood, and sits as the last house on top of the Hill. Making it quite, extremely private and no traffice whatsoever. It is conveniently located to Main Street New Paltz (5 minute drive) to local shops, restaurants, & shopping) SUNY New Paltz, and the NYS Thruway. Nearby are Mohonk Mountain, Minnewaska State park, Mohonk Preserve, and the Hudson & Wallkill Valley Rail Trail. New Paltz also has two swimming pools that are open to the public for a small fee. The Walkway Over the Hudson is about 15 minutes away. Local activities include hiking, biking, rock climbing, golf, swimming, skydiving, apple & pumpkin picking, wineries, distilleries, farmer's markets, as well as sight seeing.
