Kevin The space Tin Can trailers are a fun and unique way to experience a night or two away. Ours is clean and comfortable and located on our creative 4-acre ranchette. Electricity and cozy heater. Includes electric tea kettle, coffee press, coffee, tea and instant oatmeal. Bed is 3/4 full-size bed (48x75") and dinette makes small single bed if needed (okay for a child but not very comfortable for an adult - foam pad stored under seat helps!) Our cute & quirky bath houses feature both indoor and outdoor showers! The bath houses may be shared with other guests and towels are provided - instant hot water heaters can be tricky so follow the instructions. Relax with your cup of coffee and enjoy gardens, humming birds, and a view of the Oceano dunes and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze, feed the chickens, pet the horse, swing on the adult-sized swingset, then toast your S'Mores over the bonfire in the evening (you provide the wood). Sorry, no pets allowed. Conveniently located next to Highway 1 on "The Mesa". Nearby attractions: Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, Wine Country, Pismo Outlets, Golf, Antiques and more. Look up Pismo Beach for more info on the area. Guest access This listing is for a private detached space with access to shared spaces which include a bath house, an outdoor shower, coffee cabinet and fire ring (you provide the wood). We offer a picnic BBQ for guest use. Please provide your own dishes/cookware. We have other listings on the property (guest room, water tower, and NOLA trailer) as well as our personal campers and projects. We have an open area for parking. We are in a rural area without public transportation. The Amtrak station is approx. 5 miles from us. Taxi service, Uber and an Enterprise Car rental in Grover Beach is available. The beach is not accessible from our property. Other things to note Our wifi signal is best accessed in the back yard or closer to the house. It may not reach the trailer and the signal is not guaranteed. We live on a 4-acre ranch with animals which have their "related smells and noises." Do not book our place if you are allergic or sensitive to animals or dust.
