We offer 2 aircon rooms, fully aircon living room, Infinity pool, aircon CINEMA room that doubled as 3rd room, aircon game space, Strong wifi, Mountain-Sea View of Cebu City,Garden Terraces, & HD Netflix. Our place is perfect for relaxation, waking up to the songs of the birds, for romantic staycations, big family gatherings or a bonding of group of friends. The space Our 4-story villa showcases a thousand sqm of living space up in the exclusive hill side of Cebu overlooking the jade mountains of Busay,. The French Villa offers a fresh cooler air, stunning views of sunrise and a guaranteed relaxing, fun stays with loved ones. This is perfect for families, friends or team retreats. An afternoon promenade brings you to the bottom of hills or enjoy the view towards mactan strait as we sit on top of the hill at 300meters elevation. Cool breeze, private pool and a plenty of space to play around. The villa is yours with 2 caretakers to assist you with your needs. The amenities such as the garden, the pool is shared with the guests of the huts. The beautiful French Villa is a strong fortress w/ many feminine attributes with the ever colorful bougainvillea plant everywhere, being one of them, to remind us of the South of France during summer with so many flowers blooming. The 180 degrees of frontal view guarantees that all two (2) suites and every part of the villa offers a magnificent view! The Villa is intricately decorated by French and local designers, showcasing an array of furnitures and amenities made with precious & exotic local raw materials such as mother of pearls, Shagreens, and indigenous hardwoods . The stairway railing for example is made of Shagreen, an Indonesian stingray leather that can last to hundreds of years if well maintained. Please handle the villa with respect and care as this is our home we wish to pass to our children and their children, which for the meantime, we’d love to share with you. We have 2 large suites and each suite have en-suite bathroom, walk in closets and very own balconies. The Q & U suites offer a bath tub with a view. Bathroom essentials are also provided, Bathrooms have strong Hot/Cold, pressurized showers. There’s an airconditioned living room, cinema room and game room that can house many sofa beds, futon mats and folding beds for the big group. There’s 2 living area. The main living includes the entertainment system with 55 Inch tv with HD Cable and Netflix. The 2nd livingroom is on the 3rd floor perfect for games, or children playing or group discussions over tea. Wifi is free and fast at, unlimited data so you may Netflix all you want. The kitchen is well-fitted and fully equipped for your convenience in preparing your meals! We have a heavy duty La Germania gas stove with oven for baking and roasting. Includes breville espresso Machine, brewing machines, Hot & Cold Water Dispense, Rice Cooker, Airfryer, Top of the Line Grill. There are plates and cutleries good for 30 dining sets for safety and ease. We offer complimentary filtered water, should you need purified, please bring a bottle that you need as there might not be nearby. We also offer ready to drink beverages including wine, beers, cakes, breads for your convenience at a decent price. Menu will be sent to you ahead of time after a confirmed booking. In the garden we have an honest store to supply your basic needs. The home gym equipments are free to use, pls ask our staff for assistance. POOL: This infinity designed lap pool is perfect for those who wants to exercise but also great for families and children who wants to just chill. We have no lifeguard on duty, please watch over your children. This is 4 feet deep, about 20 meters long 3 meters wide. NOTE: EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS (3 hours before & after)– can be considered, complimentary, if there’s no guests prior or after you. We will charge half day rate for requests requiring more than 3 hours. Laundry can be taken cared of for a fee. We have a menu of services offered which we will send upon booking including our chauffer service for city driving, or a Cebu Tour down south for whale sharks and waterfalls or up North for white beaches and Thresher Sharks in Malapascua. We also arrange island hoppings or Bohol trips. Free Breakfast is served between 7am-10am with a menu that needs to be filled up the night prior. We also have neighbors who are elderly, please refrain from making too loud noises. We're next to the forest, please bring mosquito repellents. Please treat our home as yours, turn of electricity, especially aircons when nobody is using it. We highly recommend turning on the ceiling fans and open the balcony doors and windows and use the screen doors to enjoy the natural chilly breeze of the mountains, you are helping the environment and your health. HEADCOUNT: The nightly rate includes 8 guests (children below 11 are free, 4max, extra will be counted as guest). SMOKING and Vaping IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE VILLA, 200USD penalty. Only smoking area is in the parking, 3rd floor lanai, pool area. These 3 areas are provided with ashtrays. KARAOKE IS NOT ALLOWED as this is a place of retreat and intimate gatherings. We hope to host you. Guest access THE WHOLE VILLA (except 2 personal locked suites) and 4 Garden Huts. Other things to note TRANSPORTATION - The Villa is nestled in the hills of Busay, albeit just 30mins from downtown Cebu, we are not easily accessible with public transportation. We strongly recommend to have a vehicle to move around easily. We can book vans and SUVs for you should you wish. You can also rent our small sedan, self-drive, at P2,000 per day (24 hrs) for convenience. CCTV - similar to hotels, we have CCTVs in common areas for hosts and guests protection. There are only 4 CCTVs and are installed in Parking Area, Main Living Area, Entertainment Area and Pool Area.
