Latitude Adjustment- Spectacular Ocean Views
Latitude Adjustment. Located in New Settlement. The space Whatever it takes to unwind. A cool drink, maybe, or a warm bath. Imagine that easy sensation for the whole of your short - or long - vacation, as you bask at the center of a panorama of cool blues and greens with nothing but the sound of a world gently washed by the ocean’s waters in your dozing ears. Now you’ve made a Latitude Adjustment. You don’t have to study on the matter long at Latitude Adjustment before you’ll realize that you’re in a place where attention has been paid to detail. With ship-board siding throughout, and stairs made entirely of Abaco pine, we take pleasure in saying that no corners have been cut in the house’s construction. It’s solid but open, airy, and comfortable. This is a house to LIVE in, and, as such, it’s a house where stories – good stories – are stacking up. You will no doubt generate some stories of your own here. A Personal Note from Owner Clay Presley People always ask about the picture at the foot of the stairs. It’s from Flight 1549, the Miracle on the Hudson, a flight on which I was a passenger. I’ve had ten years since that very cold morning, years that could easily not have unfolded for me. I know how lucky I am. This house has played host to four generations of my family, and many dear friends (as well as the numerous paying guests). It’s a house of love, laughter, and, above all, an appreciation for what’s been put in front of me. That is the spirit that engendered this construction in the first place, and I invite you to share in that spirit and just have the time of your life. Yield to it.
