This is a beautiful 2-acre secluded hideaway with private gate and tree lined driveway that takes you to a water fountain and large parking space for your vehicle(s). The guest house has a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area on the porch. It has a stainless-steel BBQ grill with a single burner on the side. There is a sink and garbage disposal for washing dishes and cleaning after cooking. There are pots, pants, dishes and utensils for cooking and barbeque for making steaks, chickens, fish and vegetables on the grill. This is a gated private property. You will have a remote to the gate so you can come and go as you please. There is a washer and a dryer for washing and drying your clothes if you got your clothes soiled while hiking or walking on many trails in the hills and mountains around, or if you are staying more than few days. Based on the past guest's reviews, this is a place to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate if you are on vacation. Otherwise, it is a place to stay and work remotely while visiting friends and relatives in the area. The WIFI signal is fast and strong, good for streaming or Zoom meetings. There are plenty of tabletops and corners to make a temporary home office or work studio. We will make sure you will have what you need to live and work comfortably. Guest access The entire property that includes fruit bearing avocado and citrus tress are open for walking. Hiking is available on the community horse trails and streets around the house. There are nearby state parks for day long hiking and biking. Ask Gary for information on the area trails and unlimited natural scenery in the Conejo Valley area if you are a hiker or biker. There is a large front yard that accommodates large vehicles or trucks and motor homes, or multiple vehicles if there are 2 cars. All of this is off the street and behind the gate. Other things to note There are a lot of places and trails for hiking, biking, sailing, and sightseeing around Conejo Valley. Tri-Peak in Newbury Part is an ideal place to hike or mountain bike the entire day. Wildwood Part is another popular part for a day long hiking.
