This stylish + cozy casita, built in 1939, is located in RINCON HEIGHTS, right in the heart of town and a short 2 block walk to the University of Arizona. Appointed with original art and heirloom antiques from family travels, you can enjoy the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, all tastefully done in a vintage style. This fresh yet hip bungalow will ensure an easy, comfortable stay. We typically do not allow pets, however we can possibly make exceptions depending on the situation. The space This cozy one bedroom casita also has a twin size day bed in the Living Room which makes for a comfortable stay for up to 3 guests: perfect for a visiting professor or parents and a potential student. Other things to note Off street parking in back of property; street parking available Monday - Friday 5pm-8am and weekends.
