The house is located in an easily accessible, exclusive condominium with 24-hour security and access to the sea. It has wifi for Home office, so you can go to rest and work. Check-in time is after 11 am and check-out is at 4 pm so you enjoy 2 full days for each night of rental. The houses in the condominium are not fenced, it is a first-class condominium. Not suitable for pets. The space The house is extremely comfortable and spacious and is in perfect condition. The bathrooms are very nice, each room has air conditioning and a fan. It has cable on 2 TVs and internet. Charcoal grill. Kitchen with large refrigerator and a large freezer, fully equipped, living and dining room inside and outside the house, ranch, lazy chairs, lizard. Guest access The house is at your disposal. Please note that it is not suitable for pets, as the house is not circulated Other things to note The condominium's rules of coexistence are strict. No loud music is allowed, either before 9 am or after 10 pm at the ranch. Parking on sidewalks is not allowed. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the rules will result in fines. Absolutely forbidden to hold any kind of events. I only rent the house to family groups. Sitting wet inside the house, or going into the bathrooms and pool with sand is not allowed.
