The Resthouse Laiya’s Main Villa

The Resthouse Laiya is a private estate consisting of a 9 hectare beachfront property with a long stretch of white sand beach, faraway from other resorts and the crowd. It affords privacy and tranquility to ensure that you get the break you need from the noise and chaos of city life. We are located in the more pristine side of the cove where turtles come to lay their eggs, with horses wandering about, and a variety of birds nestled among the trees. Visit our FB Page: @theresthouselaiya The space The Main Villa is a one-storey, two-bedroom house, with living and dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious lanai. It also has a powder room, an outdoor shower and foot bath. Guest access Guest may access the entire house. Other things to note We only allow small to medium-size dogs, and only up to a maximum of two , subject to a fee of 3,000.00 per dog per stay. Please ask for our complete Pet Policy before finalizing your booking. We do not provide towels, bathroom essentials and toiletries. Bathrooms and beach towels are available for rent.
