This cozy studio is the perfect space for a couple's getaway, a business traveler, parents visiting their adult children, or a small family. 4K TV and wifi are available. The property is .2 miles from MARTA (mass transit train), walking distance to shopping and dining, and convenient to downtown and the airport. The studio adjoins our home but has a separate entrance and sits on a quiet, private, dead-end street. Small pets welcome ($30 fee). Come stay! The space Our in-laws enjoy this space when they visit, and we think you will too. The studio is perfect for two adults but can accommodate a third guest, perhaps a child on an air mattress or baby in a pack-and-play (included). It is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided), microwave, toaster oven, and a small refrigerator. We provide fresh half & half and light snacks (e.g. breakfast bars, pretzels, fig newtons, etc), so if you are late arriving or too busy to shop while you are here, we have you covered with essentials. The accommodations include premium linens, including 400 thread count towels and hypoallergenic pillows and comforter. Your perfectly conditioned space is regulated by central air controlled by your own thermostat. Guest access Our guests have access to dedicated on-street parking.
