Beach Front House Surrounded by 2 Private Beaches

The property is surrounded by two natural beaches. It preserves a primary forest with multiple kinds of trees endemic to the area that serve as food for howler monkeys, titis, sloths and many birds, especially toucans that come to eat tropical grapes. We have an internal path to observe the jungle. Between March-May and August-October, the migration of birds is observed. The space The house has 4 bedrooms on the second floor with 10 beds. A full bathroom upstairs and another on the first floor. In the garden there is a spiral wall shower for when you leave the beach. Indoor dining room with 10 seats, game table for 4, TV space, kitchen with everything you need. Outside under the roof there is a bar that can float, a table with 6 seats and a BQQ. Outdoors there is a table for 16 people and between the two beaches a cement table for 6 people from where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. There are sun loungers, floats, umbrellas and kayaks. Guest access All property areas are included in the rental. All the property areas are included in the rental. We only rent the property as a whole to one rental. No body else. Other things to note The Caribbean Sea during the summer is unpredictable, it can be calm or it can be very busy especially between February and March when the moon is full. However, we have a beach on the other side of the house where you can swim without any problems because it is protected by the reefs. Beautiful weather between May-June and the best season between August and December when there are hurricanes in the Caribbean, the winds blow and our coasts become lakes and diving is wonderful. It is the time to visit the San Blas islands by boat which you can rent in the nearby marina: Turtle Cay.
