Guests who want housekeeping should pay 650 THB additional,each cleaning session of condo. The electricity charges will be calculated as per the usage and consumption, at the rate of 7 Baht per unit . the electric and water charges have to be paid in cash at the time of checkout . we take pictures of meter at the time of check-in and compare it with pictures at the time of checkout . In case guests stay for less than 7 nights, they have to pay electric charges at the rate of 100 baht per day. Immigration document, which is known as TM30, is the responsibility of the host, and we do it. However, if you need that document for visa extension or any other purpose, you can pay 300 baht and get it . security deposit of 5000 baht has to be paid in cash at the time of check-in. this will be refunded at the time of checkout . all the facilities in this project are an additional service by the developer as a host.
