Steps from beaches, Lands End, Sea Cliff, and the Presidio, this 400 sq. ft. studio sleeps four and features a dining area, kitchenette, mini fridge, and microwave. The private enclave looks out onto a large garden, including a 300 sq. ft. patio and eating area right outside and reserved for your exclusive use. Enjoy sunshine on the patio, then walk to stunning San Francisco scenery! Features tasteful furnishings, kitchen utensils, serve ware, and coffee/tea service. Free street parking. The space The studio is on the ground floor of a small, two unit building on a very quiet street. You will have your own private entrance as well as exclusive access to the 300 square foot patio and eating area right outside the studio windows. The rest of the yard and trampoline is for owner use only. The studio is one large room that has a dining area, living room area with sofa bed, queen bed, and kitchenette. There is also an adjoining full private bath. The studio does not have a full kitchen but features a wet bar, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, utensils, plates, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, bowls, can opener, knife and cutting board, and coffee/tea service. In response to Covid-19, we are following stringent cleaning and disinfecting protocols. We provide our guests gloves and masks upon request. Guest access Guests have access to alleyway, studio, and patio, with tables and chairs next to the building. The rest of the yard, including trampoline and round patio at the very rear of the yard is for owner use. There is on street parking but no reserved spots and no parking in front of the house.
