WELCOME to our Meadow Manor!! Very cute, NON SMOKING home, located < 1 min to SHAW AFB. Grocery with many local restaurants just 2 min away. Convenient to Sumter, 15 min drive to down town. Ample parking under the covered carport, extra exterior storage for long term guest. Open area living and kitchen furnished with all cookware utensils coffee maker and Keurig. with a formal dining room available. Fenced back yard, wood deck out back with small fire-pit, patio set and gas BBQ grill! The space Private rm/shared full bath. Ample size room, Queen bed w/nightstand, full dresser, ceiling fan, lamp, TV with Roku, ample closet w/ hangers and laundry basket. Located first bedroom on left down the only hallway. Linens and towel provided. NO SMOKING in home or room at anytime. Guest access Main entrance is a electronic keypad lock. You can download the TURBOLOCK app and we can send a code or you can use the provided access code for entry. We normally provide the code the day of check in for all guests. Full access to living room, kitchen, formal dining and laundry. Please use the back yard, deck, grill and fire-pit at your leisure. If you require use of the long term storage please contact us! Also please coordinate parking with other guest in residence to avoid any surprises. During your stay We love having our guests but it is rare we are in residence there. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the home or need information about the local area. WE would highly suggest interaction with the other guests in home, it can be quite interesting to share stories with people from around the world and we have met and become with many of the guests who have stayed with us. Other things to note This is a NON SMOKING home, no excuses. If you smoke please do so well away from an entryway or door, other we and our guests guests thank you in advance for your consideration! Please be courteous of any other guests. We have found 99% of our guests love to interact and good communication is essential to a GREAT stay. ** If you feel something is wrong, off, just not right...DO NOT HESITATE to phone/text us IMMEDIATELY.** WE want YOU and future guests stay(s) to be great and we can achieve that if you let us know of any situations BIG or SMALL so that we can accommodate or remedy it for you. Just as any hotel has security in place, we utilize 2 security cameras in common areas ONLY (living room for entry doorways and parking area for entry door). We utilize them for safety and security of our guests, their property and the residence. if you have any questions/concerns about them please feel free to ask. And as a finally note. Please review us when you complete your stay!! We do love positive feedback it’s obviously helpful for us and other guests. If you have any issues during your stay please let us know and we will accommodate you as quickly and properly as we can. If your stay was a good value and quality please rate us accordingly. Unfortunately along the way we have received a few 4, 3 and even a 1 for cleanliness. Often times guests aren’t specific when providing us feedback to assist with this. Also we need to make sure everyone who books with us has a clear understanding of our Meadow Manor. We Deep clean the home quarterly, out cleaners pull fridges, in cabinets under and behind beds.
