Quiet Private room with own shower

Quiet private room, with tall ceilings and a very comfortable full size bed with a memory foam topper. Has fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room, and cable TV. Self Check-in so you can control your arrival time without worries! The space This is a large home near the i15 Freeway in Rancho Penasquitos / Sabre Springs. Your own shower and full size bed, our goal is to make check in and check out easy, so that you may come and go whenever you'd like. Currently there is a lockbox although we will be changing to electronic keypads which will make it even easier for check in. Please feel free to ask questions about the room you're staying in or general questions about traveling, we've been in San Diego for 30 years and should be able to help! We have all used Air BnB and feel we know what a nice stay is and what we like, therefore we are trying to replicate those experiences here. Fresh towels, clean sheets, clean room, access to a small kitchen (refrigerator, hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and sink), internet access, TV, and a comfortable bed all necessary in our eyes for a good stay, especially after a long drive, flight, work, etc. We love to meet people but due to us usually working or traveling we have set everything up that you will be able to help yourself. Occasionally there are other guests, up to 3 others...most work long hours and are quiet. This home is a quiet refuge. The home is 4,000 square feet, and you will have your own room, your own TV, your bathroom, and shower. I mention that this is a large home because you never feel crowded and most of the time don't notice people home. There is always plenty of parking and the area has no outside access, therefore only individuals that live here will drive here...making it a very safe neighborhood. You will be staying with Eva (60), and Andy (65). We are all well traveled, and love having visitors, sharing stories, etc. Eva and Andy are a couple in their 50's. You can have a quiet getaway and just relax at home, or we can give you some tips on the best spots in San Diego to enjoy your stay. The beach is a 10-15 minute drive via the 56 (Torrey Pines beach, one of my favorites), Downtown San Diego is a 20-25 minute drive. We speak Polish, English, French, and some Spanish. There is also availability for longer stays. Guest access Internet access, second kitchen(refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven) fresh towels, Washing Machine and Dryer During your stay We work full time or are traveling so you won't see us much. There is a lockbox on the front door with the key, therefore you do not need to meet with us to begin your stay. If we run into each other in the entry way to the house we will say hi and ask if you need any help. You will be corresponding with myself, Konrad, Eva and Andy's son, and I am occasionally staying there too when they are on travel. Other things to note The room is in front of the house and all other bedrooms are on the second floor. You will not be heard and you won't hear others. Semi-Private entry meaning you won't see anyone unless someone is entering/exiting at the same time. The entrance is almost like a hotel lobby.
