The Village 7 Piedras is a jewel on the Pacific beaches with an exclusive location in Troncones, which is about a 5-minute drive away. The Village is a sister property of Casa 7 Piedras, which is located next door and from which it is totally independent. Designed to give more privacy to groups of family or friends, this property consists of three villas with two bedrooms each; each room has a king size bed, full bathroom and A/C. The space This fantastic property is located in the exclusive area of Plata Verde, the southern part of the village of Troncones. Most of the common areas are outdoors, such as the two terraces; one is a living room next to the pool and the other is the dining and kitchen area, both overlooking the ocean. The Village is right on the beach in a wonderful area where one of the ingredients of comfort is privacy because we are in an exclusive part of the beach. Guest access Guests will be greeted at the door by my manager, who will explain the area and the house as well as the property's internet access key. It is necessary to advise the arrival time so that check-in is as simple as possible and the experience is totally pleasant. Other things to note It is necessary to take into account the maximum occupancy. In the event that more guests come, a fee of $500 per person per night will be charged. If not notified, $1,000 per person, per night will be charged. We know that pets can travel with us, however, as we are Pet Friendly we will charge a fee of $300 pesos for each pet. (All payments are made through Airbnb). We also remind you of the pet regulations: a) Collect feces b) Do not tie them to the flora c) Be careful with the fauna (many turtles come to lay their eggs on our beach) d) Do not dry them with towels or put them on furniture and/or bed e) Do not put them in the pool f) Do not abandon them g) If the guest fails to pay the pet service fee, a charge of $1,000 may be made
